On Saturday, March 31st, we will be hosting our own Layritz Little League coaching clinic. This clinic has been taught by Dr. Geoff Pratt for a number of years and has always been a huge success.
The fundamentals of throwing, catching, and hitting will be covered in detail. It always gives new volunteer coaches the tools needed to teach the most important fundamentals.
It will be on the Major Diamond at:
8:45am - 12noon for Teeball and Mini Minor Coaches. 1:00pm - 4:00pm for Rookies Minors and Up plus Softball Coaches.
DISTRICT 7 Coaching Clinics
The Teaching for Tomorrow clinic will be held at the SJ Willis School gym (Blanshard-Hillside).
Sunday April 1 ( for coaching ages 7-12 )
- 11:30 am Registration
- 12:00 pm start
- ends at 5:30
Monday April 2 ( for coaching ages 4-6 )
- 5:30 pm Registration
- 6:00 pm start
- ends at 10:00
There is no cost to attend the clinic but instruction manuals are available for purchase for those coaches that do not receive them from their league.
Donations to the food bank will be accepted at registration.
